Andy Schloesser
Instructor
Andy began dance at age 5 at her hometown studio in Stoughton, Wisconsin just south of Madison. She spent years training and teaching, first as an assistant instructor then leading classes of her own. Her passion for choreography blossomed early and she began to create dances for herself and friends by the age of 12. Specializing in jazz, contemporary and tap, Andy brings both creativity and enthusiasm into every class she teaches.
In 2023, she moved to Minnesota and studied Kinesiology and Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota Twin Cities before following a new path into EMT training with a major hospital network. No matter where life has taken her, one thing has remained constant -her heart has always belonged in the dance studio.
Andy is beyond excited to join the Studio West Dance Center family! She is passionate about helping every dancer grow in confidence, technique, and artistry while creating a positive, encouraging environment where students feel supported, challenged, and celebrated. She can't wait to inspire her dancers and help them shine their brightest—both on stage and off.
